Today, I am going to be useful for the users of microsoft windows 7 and who tend to forget their passwords. This post will help them to overcome the password screen and unlock the PC if they have forgotten their password. First of all you guys need to watch the video below:
Its a great tutorial to explain how to bypass the password screen of windows 7. Now follow my instructions:
1. Restart your computer.
2. Then when it is turning on, switch is off using the power button
3. Turn it on again, and select "Launch Startup Repair".
4. Cancel system restore option and wait for awhile.
5. Then click on the drop-down button and go to the end.
6. Click the link with extension ".txt"
7. Then click on file and then Open...
8. Open local disk from my computer and open up WINDOWS from that.
9. Select All Files from the " Files Of Types:" option.
10. Then look up for "system32" and open it up.
11. In that look for "sethc" and rename it to "sethc0".
12. Then look for "cmd" and make a copy of that and rename it to "sethc"
13. Now close it and click finish. With this, the PC will Restart.
14. After it restarts, keep on pressing any sticky key such as SHIFT.
15. Write " net user " in the command prompt that has open up
16. Then type " net user yourusername * ".
17. And now type the password you would like to keep, and its done!
